Twee vrienden, Ho en Mark, maken met hun valsemunterpraktijken snel carrière binnen de Chinese onderwereld. Maar hun succes wekt jaloezie bij de andere bendeleden en het duurt dan ook niet lang of Mark en Ho worden slachtoffer van een bloedige machtsstrijd. Mark raakt zwaar gewond en Ho belandt in de gevangenis. Drie jaar gaan voorbij, maar wanneer Ho eindelijk uit de gevangenis wordt vrijgelaten heeft hij maar één doel: wraak...
